Today I was forced to eat cake for my nana’s birthday even though I really didn’t want any, so after I finish posting this I’m gonna go work it off by repeating my routine I did 3 hours ago.
I’ve worked out 5 days this week, and yet i still haven’t lost anything. I really thought by now I would have lost even a little off my inches.
Oh well, on the plus side I’,m actually really enjoying working out, I just wish I could track the calories burned while working out.
I admit, I drink a ton of coffee and french vanillas which have SO many calories. I really need to give those things up.
The last few days I’ve been binging on some sort of chocolate candies, and every time I eat them I feel like crap and they don’t even taste that good, so I can’t understand why I keep eating them.
They’re in the garbage now, so no more !
All I need thinking about is how good I want to look for him, so I WONT stop anytime soon.
